Increasing the accessibility of our igo bus service.

ATG has introduced several new features to their buses to increase accessibility, in particular focusing on the mobility issues faced by those with hidden disabilities.

These features include equipping all new buses with seat belts, increasing space allocated to wheelchairs and making the entrance to the bus more welcoming to help reduce anxiety.

Importantly all igo drivers have undertaken enhanced training in disability awareness, covering both dementia and autism and are on hand to assist passengers to ensure they feel safe and secure.
